The New Year’s Eve dinner promises a refined gastronomic experience, complemented by carefully curated entertainment to welcome the new year in style.

Finally, the New Year’s Day brunch, in a convivial yet sophisticated setting, offers a delightful start to the year, featuring delicacies artfully prepared by our Chef.

This buffet, composed of an exquisite selection of tasty and traditional dishes, offers you an unforgettable culinary experience, where each dish is prepared with attention and respect for Ramadan customs.

- For Christmas Eve, our Executive Chef Alexandre Thomas has crafted a special menu, blending authenticity and creativity, for an unforgettable dinner at 2500 MAD per person, excluding drinks. Reservation est obligatoire avant le 20 Décembre 2025.

- For New Year's Eve, join us at Palais Ronsard to celebrate the stroke of midnight with a festive evening full of surprises in a majestic setting from 8:00 PM at 3000 MAD per person, excluding drinks, by reservation only.

- New Year's Brunch from 11:00 AM at the rate of 850 MAD per person, excluding drinks, by reservation only.
