A native of the Côte d'Azur, Alexandre Thomas' culinary passion was born in Nice, where he was immersed in the art of cooking from an early age in a family of restaurateurs.

His exceptional career path has taken him to some of the finest Michelin-starred kitchens, notably alongside Alain Ducasse at the prestigious Le Dali in Paris, at just 26 years of age.

Today, talented French chef Alexandre Thomas orchestrates the menu of our two magnificent restaurants.
